US DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all Domestic orders.

All orders ship within 1-3 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, it can not be adjusted or cancelled.

You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact ezline.retail@gmail.com
Please note, we do not ship on weekends and/or holidays.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

All orders ship via UPS, DHL or FedEx, depends on the best conditions. Please refer to their websites for specific shipping regions. Shipping address at checkout should be provided in English. Any other languages and missing fields will cause a delay in fulfilling your order. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your package to arrive if it is international. International shipping charges are based on total price of items, the weight of the package, and it’s destination. Risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If the carrier attempts to deliver your order and you are not at home, please take the necessary steps to retrieve the order.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return items that are unworn, unwashed, free of any stains (like deodorant or makeup), odor and fragance, scuffs, tears or snags for a refund (excluding original shipping charges) within 14 days of the date of receiving your package. Any returned items must be in “sellable condition.” All items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
All garments must be returned in their original packaging with the manufacturer and red tags attached.
Please see “final Sale Items”  are non returnable and refundable.
If you have any issues with the above portal, please contact us. You may choose to return with your own shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. 
We are unable to refund original shipping charges.
We currently offer exchanges on item(s) for a different size but once we get it. We are unable to provide exchanges for a different color or style.

When returning items for a refund, a $10 restocking fee will be deducted. We offer free return shipping on store credit. You may choose to return with your own shipping label but we advise using a trackable method. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. We do not currently offer return labels for international customers.

RETURN PROCESS

When you receive your order, you will see the Return Form and Return Label. Fill out the Return Form and place the label on the box or package containing the items you want to return.  

MISSING PACKAGES

We are not responsible once the package is in the hands of the carrier. We will not replace or refund merchandise confirmed as delivered. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you can’t find it, please verify the shipping address. Look for a notice of attempted delivery and/or see if someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf. In rare cases, packages may say delivered up to 36 hours prior to arrival.
